“I have another tool to add to my AA toolbox.  I’ve been aware of mindfulness and loving-kindness the quite a while and now I have a deeper understanding of how this practice will enable me to find another level of peace and serenity.”

Sit-and-Share sessions: I personally would have enjoyed two sessions each day – one in the afternoon and one in the evening, as these sessions were the crux of my development this week.  Four days wasn’t long enough to really open up and get to know retreatants and most of the day was in silence.  Thank you for your hard work and kindness, so appreciated!”
